yeah its probably some kid in the middle east wanting you to send the money "THIRD PARTY". I was looking around on craigslist.com and some idiot was trying to sell a 250 HP mercury VERADO that cost about $20,000 new for $3500 bucks was trying to get me to pay him money to a third party handler " kind of like paypal". knowing this was a SCAM i told the seller that i would pay for the engine with CASH once one of my drivers was thier to pick the motor up. his reply was " the third party shipper/handler had to ship the product and could not pick the outboard up.

GOTA WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMMERS.
