I am a big advocate of keeping street racing safe, by all means I am not in a position to demand or enforce the law. But if you are going to make an example, be sure to include the over 20,000 deaths and injuries in the USA every year due to illegal street racing. I say if you can afford to drop 3-5k into a car, you can fork up 20-50 bucks to track come track day.
