On their DUI checklist, driving with no headlights is probable cause.

In Tampa they bust you for driving out of a gas station at night and not having headlights on before reaching the street.

Several times I have seen 3 types of Law enforcement doing
70 in a 50 zone on 275 between Z-hills and Tampa.................in MARKED cars! You can imagine their disregard for the law when they get more UNmarked cars... they were sure as heck NOT on a call.

You can also imagine how law-abiding citizens feel about supporting
law enforcement that sets such a poor example of being above
the laws...........
