all ducs bikes are around under 1000cc anyways I think all they do is adjust few things to prevent it from bending like using stronger lighter material and thicker swingarm, adjusting weight of the bike forward/back, right amount of weight of the rear wheel etc. i think people says its bending because they put something that doesn't belong on their bike in the first place, i never seen or heard VFR or ducs bending swingarms because its design for those bikes which delivers right smooth amount of power to the rear to prevent the swingarm from bending etc.
