why do they even put drum brakes on a car, they seem more difficult in EVERY way..they suck for stopping, they suck for working on...there are 50 times more parts in them which seems to me like more parts that can break/go wrong... why do they use them!?!?!?
They were invented first and they're cheaper to manufacture (supposedly), so some older/cheaper vehicles have them. They're on the way out nowadays, though.
