Check the fans,make sure they come on.
make sure fluid is in the radiator
check for leaks,thermostat,including the water pump,,Pressure Test the cooling system.
Does the car smoke out the tail pipe?IF so you have big problems..If all this does check out OK,Then assume its possibly a mechanical problem.If you need help let me know.....
