im a little upset that some of these dont go into effect for another year. the thing that gets me the most is people want to claim they are total bad asses or something. lastnight would be a prime example, some kid was bragging how he got a 93 in a 45 because he was trying to get to the party...i asked him when his court date was (new 30+ law) and he said they didnt give him one, just a XXX dollar speeding ticket. i just rolled my eyes and bluntly told him what a liar he was lol.
