I always cringe when I read about us adding more and more laws on ourselves in this country, but this one doesn't sound to bad...

I'd add a part about no matter your age, if you just went out and got a new busa as a first bike and it was lowered and had rims before you even left the dealership, you get the diff tag and have to wear a helmet while riding for like the first 2 years.
