there is a lot of variables to this one. but remember turbo has to build boost while all motor he has all of his power from the get go. even though the turbo car will build a lot of power later on he will have to play catch up. this will be when the all motor car is in its sweet spot, high rpm's,. another variable is tire spin both will spin off the line and go but when the all motor car hooks he is gone with a minimal amount of tire spin in other gears while when the turbo car hits full boost he is prone to have more tire spin.
