There is a company outside of Atlanta doing the conversions. The Mini get a whole sub-frame swap. Basically unbolt the OEM Mini front and bolt in the new K-Series sub-frame with suspension, motor, trans and radiator---the works. The mini then needs to have a tilt front end which opens from the windshield forward.
