Ok so I am looking to do a Honda motor in my Mini. I know they have kits for the B series motors, but I know there is one almost in production for a K series. What is the difference in price and power? Will a low ebd K beat a mid-range B?

I am a Honda dummy as the thread topic states, so any information would be appreciated.
