Well just like most other websites it does not tell you whether a product is "instock" or "out of stock". I've ordered from DSMotorsport and no where did it mention a part I ordered was out of stock. They sent me a letter regarding the product and that it would be sent from the original manufacturer. As they stated thats what happened. You go unto a website which many thousands of people go on as well. Any given time someone can run out of a product. By the time that gets forwarded to the web master/admin or whoever else is running their designs, products, etc. on their website people have already placed orders on the product. Then by the time he/she gets to it is another matter on hand. You have to understand that.
Its not the unseasy feeling "many" people have its the feeling that the few that have had negative experience with SBR has placed on others making them branch off from the main source who started to complain. With everyone's uneasy feelings of different companies I still go and try them out because what happen's to one could or may not happen to another.
Its like going to Albertson's and you buy cream cheese... you get home and realize its expired. So now you boycott Albertson's because you, out of many who shop there, ended up with expired cream cheese. This is how people think and who feel that everything is owed to them. Obviously if you bought expired cream cheese it was a mistake someone made but just like SBR personnel they can't keep track on thier product at all times. So you have a bad experience then try to place it on others to not shop there is beyond ridiculious.
Its been all positive feedback thus far in this thread about SBR, those who have actually dealt with SBR. Those who commented towards the negative/neutral side of SBR have not commented on their experience just on what other people said and making assumptions on what happened. So pretty much a he said she said.
