turbo? or just sleepers? heavy modded or light modded? you've got my wondering why someone would do that. i could see if it's a sleeper or lightly modded. are you talking about some one that still has the stocked exhaust and did some mods to there car? i could see that.

well go figure your in port richey...im not going to lie and say i have never raced on the street but definately never in traffic or on a busy road of any kind.
i've street raced before but i won't anymore. traffic is a lot heavier than it use to be, plus the cops don't mess around anymore.
