Funny thing is my brother finally got it on and I noticed I had the camshafts off timing so I had to take it back off and now we can't get it back on. Anyone got a different way of getting that crankshaft pulley off? Other then that everything is going great.
You do not have to remove the crankpulley to set everything at tdc & install the timing belt.

Simply use the white marking on the crank pulley & the lower plastics as your lower tdc markings. Then set the cams at tdc using a tool in each cam cap to hold the cams in place at tdc.

Make sure the 14mm tensioner is not tight.
Install the timing belt onto the exhaust cam first then on to the intake cam.
Once this is completed, tension the timing belt per the helms instructions.
Check for tdc & re-check tension.

Good Luck
