does he need help installing it or tuning it? does it have a boost controller, and full fuel mods, like pump and regulator? if so, you could probably set low throttle settings to -10% all the way across, and then tune from there. if this is your case, like you need help tuning it or whatever, here is are some ~ok~ links for tuning
