I have a friend that has a crate motor thats is brand new. Never even turned over. It was a friends of his who ended up getting divorced in the middle of the rebuild so he told him to keep it so his wife couldnt get part of its profit. It was suppose tp be a replacement for a 68 fairlane or falcon or something of those sorts. I has a 2 barrel cab on it also with new water pump and distriutor. Supposedly it cost about $3800. Also the heads have the real big sparkplug holes. (Large diameter)

Any help idenitfying this would be helpful. Also what is it worth.

Ok, here's some pictures. The only numbers i could find that are not pictured is 3E or E3 or maybe it was a 3A or A3 sucks i cant remember now. It looked like they where on the block just below the passenger side head on the side at the back. Couldnt write it down at the time and i had my head jammed between the wall and some tires to try and read it almost upside down. I'm hoping these pictures will be enough though to help identify it.

Looks like its a 302 no?
