Seriously? Dude, put the keyboard down and do some routine checks on the car before you ask anymore questions. Shit, drop the pan, change the filter and fluid, and try it out. New fluid works wonders sometimes. If that doesn't work, t'row some pencil shavings, eggs, and stop fix in there. If that doesn't work, new bands for you.
