1st of all Jake you need to stop puttin ppl down when they ask questions.. noone cares if you think the question is stupid or not. you sure talk alot and ya need to grow up..





ls vtec.. if ya got the money and want power all the time, spray would prob be faster depending on the shot but they both have a down side.. ls block dont like the high rev, and spray your clutch is gona slip and need replaced like 3x faster than normal. personally ls turbo, or just gsr swap.. but outta the two.. spray.
