Regardless of what color the light is Fla Statutes 316.121 through 316.123 are going to help you out. Read up on them. Lay the crash out. Where were you and where was she at impact? Who had control of the intersection? Sometimes no witnesses are good, they fuck shit up half the time anyway. Police reports are good for toilet paper, even if you get cited doesn't mean your at fault. Let me know if I can help.
