He needs to take a close look at those front brakes. The biggest turnoff about that car was the excessive rust in the front caliper area. The usually black 2-piston caliper was silver, and the support bracket and all the bits&pieces around it had a heavy coat of rust. Makes me think the front end may have taken a dip in some water for an extended period of time.
