They sure do go to that soleniod. If you bypass it as he mentioned it will make the lowest amount of boost possible which should be 9psi on a stock gate. Trying to keep the soleniod is cool just replace the lines but in reality the gillis is they way to go as it doesn't fail. The soleniod might have just gone bad.
