I've dealt with Roby lots before...I look at this way.
I don't give my word I'm gonna buy something unless I'm sure I'm gonna buy it, dammit! Given that, only outside circumstances would force me to back otu on a sale, i.e. I need the money elsewhere suddenly or somethign else unavoidable.
