What is going on around this site? In the past month I have run into more and more people that can not keep their word. I go by old school for one reason. That is how I was raised. A PERSON IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THEIR WORD.

THEIR ARE STEPS A BUYER SHOULD TAKE. BEFORE GIVING THEIR WORD.
1. DO YOUR REASEARCH
2. ASK THE SELLER QUESTIONS
3. AGREE ON A PRICE OR TRADE
4. AGREE ON PICK UP OR MEETING
5. THEN GIVE YOUR WORD. NOT BEFORE OR CHANGE AFTER WORDS. NO MATTER WHAT...............!!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone else ran into this ? The rating system on the site is a joke. How a bout starting a post to list all broken deals "THEIR WORDS"?
