easiest way to do pics is open a free account on Photo Sharing - Sharing your Photos Online - Sony's ImageStation or Free Image and Video Hosting - Photo Image Hosting Site : Photobucket.com and link the URL for the pic into the image link on your reply. not sure about videos.
