Well seeing that they are in the box i would say they are new its just that i bought them so dam long ago that i would not have the first clue as to where the reciept is if i even still have it..I only opened 1 of each to take pics.The other 2 are still sealed.No matter what this is a good deal for sure cause i payed more then i am asking.I have had the same rotors on my teg for 4 years with ebc green stuff pads.They work great and my pads still have some life left.They also look great behind your wheels !!.
