actually I have been arrested...I was charged with resisting arrest because I asked why I was being cuffed...but guess what it was dropped in court.

so it is impossible to tell what really caused the cops to taser him (other than biased second hand reports). was it excessive possbily. also the video does not show the events leading up to it.

and if someone repeatedly told you that you were going to get tased would you consider to throw a bitch fit or would you do as they asked? the kid was either on something or an attention whore out to make a point.

you say the student was unarmed, how are the police supose to know that?

maybe it is impossible to stand after you have been tased maybe it is not. all the kid would have had to have done was try to stand, and when they saw he couldn't say i am trying but i can't.
