Denzel, You never gave me a chance to look at your car and verify any complaint you had. I stand behind all my work and in the last 6 years that I have done business in Florida, you are my first complaint. The normal procedure with a reasonable customer is to bring the car in to the shop and have it looked at. If it is something that was a faulty part or our fault in general we would gladly warranty. If it is beaten or driver error then no warranty would be honored. You skipped this protocol to voice a complaint with the BBB and now slander my good name here. Like previously stated, follow procedure or find your self in court charged with defamation.
