Ive heard some bad stories, and seen some of the not so good work, and actually had to fix a couple of the cars he jacked up.. i know nobody is perfect, everyone makes mistakes, and every engine builder has some that dont survive the way theyd hope for, but for something like this, i would definitely want somebody with an outstanding rep, and a proven track record... IE Neal, Collin, Steve, etc... Someone with some KSeries knowledge and experience...

Agreed luckily though ERL has already really done the hardest part. So really anyone with experience building a head and putting onto a bottom end should do fine as long as they know what they are doing.

It has to be built obviously with dial torque gauges and the most precise of measurements.

The head is semi assembled already with the valve springs, retainers and valve already in.

The bottomend is fully assembled by ERL performance with spec sheet directly from them.

this car at this point requires a lot of love really as far as labor. The head build is the most delicate part of this and once that is complete it is a matter of labor to finish up the rest of the things.
