like it doesnt start as in, it wont turn? or can turn but doesnt run? it really might be a seized bearing? you have an oil pressure guage that works? try and turn the crank with a breaker bar and check your valvetrain, not sure what else to tell you, but it sounds like my problem, started hearing a knocking noise, got louder and the car turned off and wouldnt start. my crank like melted onto the rod.
