This is the second owner who has had the car for 7 years and loved it every step of the way. Why else would a elderly woman own a stick shift Miata.
Car is completely stock, driver seat is the only part of the interior that shows any wear along with the drivers floor mat. Carpets are like new under the mat.
Top is in great shape and the rear glass is immaculate!
This has 1.8l engine, 5 speed manual. Starts right up and shifts smooth. No vibration up to 60-65MPH, I didn't take it any faster due to lack of plates and reg.
I got the car because I always asked, about it and wanted a autocross only car. Unfortunatly, Im a fat guy. So me+miata= I dont think so.
A great car for the money. I planned to buy a used driver seat for 300 from a miata used parts place to finish off the perfect interior.
I plan to ebay the car if not sold by next weekend. I have seen them go for 2000-4500 depending on condition.
Aside from a scrape on the pass rear bumper, on the pass door and a faded front bumper the body is in great shape. No rust AT All!!
4 new tires on it, brakes have plenty of meat on them and all the fluids were changed. Does not run hot and no smoke from engine either. AC cycles but does not blow cold, I could make it cold with a 6 dollar can of freon, but that wont "fix" what caused it to loose the freon, so why lie.
Known issues, a clunk from the drivetrain when letting off gas, poss trans mount. IDK? Check engine light is on and of coarse, ac is not cold.
