I have a question in regards to injectors....

I am trying to decide between injectors to run on my new turbo set-up
LS motor.... T3/T4 57 trim turbo
Not looking to make crazy power!!! I want reliable daily driving !!!

RC550 cc saturated
or
RC440 cc peak and hold
