Building a ka-t on an old ka is a really bad idea. it's just going to make those little problems into really big ones, and eventually you'll be left with no daily driver. trust me, if its an old motor DONT TURBO IT. I ran my setup on an old motor while i was having my motor built, and within 200 miles i threw a rod through the block.

SR injectors + walbro means you're going to need some major tuning. i'm not sure an safc will be able to do the job. i'm not sure on that cuz i dont have a lot of experience with those air fuel controlers.

to make oil pan stop leaking make sure the block surface is extra clean, make sure the oil pan is extra clean AND FLAT, and use the gasket + lots of orange RTV. Cheers
