Finally had to give up the R1, not that I really wanted too but every time I rode for any period of time i ended up in alot of pain due to the plastic and titanium in my left knee. Not to mention a couple of bad disc in my back. Getting old can suck sometimes. But here is a pic of the old R1 and then the new "slow" bike.
