Last night I lined up with a red convertible LT1 Firebird. The guy looked like a typical BOA top down scoping for ladies. We rolled out from a red light and both jumped on it halfway through 1st gear. I hit second and lunged about one car length on him. By the time I got to the top of 3rd gear I pulled another car length or two. Well I then looked up in the rear view mirror to see a cop way back with his lights on comming after us. I immediately stood on my brakes and the Firebird flew by me and so did the cop . Needless to say I found the very next side road a dipped out fast! That poor guy got a four banger beating and probably a ticket too. After that I spanked a CRX on the way to the bowling alley to meet up with some friends.
