yea.. the bumpers are a bit differnt .. in my opinion if your doin the 99-00 front.. might as well do the back.. the 99-00 back bumper looks a little lower that the 96-98.. but the oem spoiler is the same.. the only difference is they made the 99-00 civic si spoiler.. which imo looks better than an oem ex wing
