sorry to dirty your thread, and i really hope evrything works out for you, i just thought all of the admins were somewhat intelligent.
I would def go the legal route, and if you really were driving lawfully, then you should be fine.
One suggestion though, i would try to find something else to say other than we were being chased. I believe it, cause ive seen it before, but the judge will probably grind what happened into the ground by saying thats bullshit.
