Exactly. Only what we know is what we have been told. He may have been driving under the influence. Hopefully he was not under teh influence. But all what we are hearing is one side of the story. If you do get charged with DUI take it like a man. You did the crime you do the time. Anyways DUI's get erased after 75 yrs on your record thats something I bet most of you did not know.
