I'm not saying its even remotely intelligent if he did that, im just saying he's making a point that he finds it intolerable to be put into jail for no reason at all.
Yep hixeclipse, your best bet is not letting them bend you over, fight it in court with as much evidence as humanly possible, a lot of times you can get out of it just by being determined enough to try.
