Your best bet would be to find a donar turbo car. You will need all the electronics, including the logic module, in the kick panel, and the power module under the hood. The axles out of the turbo car should also be used.

It's not a hard job to do. But if you have no experience in this kind of stuff it would almost be impossible. I would look for a decent turbo car to buy rather than try to modify a non-turbo version. There are still some out there in good shape that can be had for fairly cheap.
