just woundering for your clutch fluid what are yall using?

reason why i am asking is cause it seems like my clutch fluid is getting too hot and it gets hard to engauge.

yes i already replaced both slave and master
yes i adjusted clutch pedal
yes i also checked for leaks ect ect.
yes my bleeder box thingy has been removed

This seems to happed when i do a good hard pull and then it fells soft and the pedal seems to sit lower.
Also when i bleed the system the fluid was real dirty. when I replaced with new DOT3 fluid about a hour later i checked and the fluid looked dirty again does this seem to happen to anyone else. LMK yalls thoughts.
