Not at all, actually it's not through break in yet so I have not pulled it to redline yet. You are supposed to change the oil at 600 miles and I did it at 300 and 600 and will do it again at 1000 if I ride it before it sells. New motors are notorious for having small metal shavings in them from the new components so it's best to get that old oil out and change it.
