you need antifreeze to lubricate the water pump, I would say a good 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water. water does have better heat transfer than antifreeze so you can run more water than antifreeze if you want, just remember to use it as it does lubricate the water pump.

Although living in Florida we don't have to worry about coolant freeze so I'd go a little lean on the antifreeze. As for redline water wetter...add it if you want some interesting gunk buildup.
