Most tune-ups, they dont replace the cap or rotor I dont think... but if they did then also check the battery, sometimes the lights and everything will come on, but they will shut off within 5-8 minutes, which is a sign that your battery is pretty dead. If that's not it, Double check and make sure the cap & rotor are on tight, make sure the spark plug wires are on tight.. and then I suggest you try starting the car, while pressing the gas pedal, and do it 5-8 times, sometimes the rotor will get knocked off a little, and by doing that, it knocks it back into place when it hits a certain wire ignition point inside the distributor. If it still doesnt work, check the Starter, then the Ignition Module, and if all still fails... it's your timing for sure. now im out of breathe....
