Every two weeks I usually do a full fluid, tire check to make sure everything is good.

If I suspect something may be low I'll check it, otherwise its every two weeks, change the oil and filter every 3000 miles, flush the coolant every 12 months, air filter every 6 months, I need to get a new clutch and bleed it and replace the transmission fluid, also need to bleed my brakes and replace the rotors and pads up front, maybe the shoes also, I'll do that whenever I get disc for the rear since the car brakes fine, powersteering is going to get checked since I'm having a little bit of problems, pulley is loose and whatnot.

Usually a full fluid flush/change happens every 12 months except for oil. Preventative maintanance will keep your car running a long time, at least if you take care of it.
