I wish it were true but unfortunately we've been hearing of 'swirling rumors' for like 8 years now and I don't see any progress. It would be great but what does Toyota really have to gain in making another sports car from a business standpoint. The Camry is getting them into NASCAR, the Tundra is in NASCAR truck league and Scion's tC has all the young kids wrapped up. The Lexus uber-car will have all the mid-life crisis guys and the SC430 has their wives so where would this thing fit in??

I mean it'd be awesome but from where Toyota sits the current formula has them killing the competition, I just don't see the need from a business standpoint.
