banning doesnt always fix problems Mike .. and i should know.. i have probably banned more people on TR than all the admins put together .. Banning used to be my fix for everything .. but it doesnt really solve the issues.

I'd rather do a little fact finding, see how the forum works and then if I need too, remove a couple of troublesome users who cant seem to get with the program and let everyone else get on about their business. But just banning up front wont solve the issue.
