Bending the hardlines all depends on which civic gen you have and what gen teg the MC came off of.

Since you have the booster and prop valve already, I'd go ahead and install 'em. Pedal feel will be a lot nicer. I'd also suggest picking up some ATE superblue (makes flushing really easy and good fluid as well) and a flare wrench.
