i did it twice in my 97 Y7, same deal. luckily i never bent a rod... the first time it had so much water in it i had to push it to my buddies house, pull the plugs, and it shot water fuckin 30 feet in the air. i dried it out, drove it home, changed the oil, no probs. i put another 50k miles on the motor after the second time.

just change the oil, like everyone says, and get rid of the damn CAI. it will fuck you one of these times. its just not worth it...
