The paint I am talking about will not peel. I have been using on my cars since 1995. The first car I did, a black f-150, still looks great. Glossy like new paint, and that truck has been through many rough New England winters. Try this niteshades stuff. It is going to cost you $8 a can at the most, and you wont need more than one can, maybe two if you spray alot. The key to getting a very glossy black shine is painting very light coats on a dry low humidity day.

Unless your tail lights are completely flat any kind of film will be a pain in the ass to use.
