I have a new unused pair of front brake pads for an 02 wrx. These are Axxis brand, posi quiet ceramic model. I accidentaly bought the wrong ones online and now the company will not give me a refund without charging a 25% restocking fee. I paid 50 shipped for them, so I would like to get 40 for them.
